He now leverages his 18+ years of experience to help people and organizations nurture progress through his firm High Profile Enterprises, Inc. At MH Stern, Jason brings his unique gifts and abilities to serve nonprofits and social ventures through a “strategy first” philosophy. His experience in the for-profit sector has provided a wealth of proven tools and resources he uses to train and equip nonprofit leaders.
He has travelled internationally as a seasoned facilitator leading modules in sales & negotiation, marriage and family, personality styles, emotional intelligence, team development, family business and strategic improvement planning. You can find him in coffee shops regularly mentoring next generation leaders. He helps facilitate monthly programming aimed at mentoring executives, sales professionals, and owners of small businesses.
Jason married his college sweetheart 18 years ago and together, they have a 17-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son. He and his family reside in Knoxville, TN near the Great Smoky Mountains.
John has 40+ years experience providing a wide array of consulting services to organizations nationwide. He began his career in 1973 and has developed a proven track record in bringing sound organizational principles and leadership practices to hundreds of public, private and nonprofit organizations nationwide.
John also teaches strategic planning, leadership development, change management and fundraising for the Philanthropy Center at Rollins College, the Georgia Center for Nonprofits and the Duke Nonprofit Management Program in N. Carolina and Virginia.
John and his wife Charlotte live in the mountains of Western N. Carolina and continue to make wonderful memories with their two children and three grandchildren who live in Florida and S. Carolina.

Don holds undergraduate degrees from Montreat College and King College, and the M.Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary. He lives with his family in Los Angeles, California.
Steve makes his home in Winston Salem, NC. A transplant from both Virginia and Florida, he has 6 years experience in the non-profit sector: 2 years as a director of youth programming and 6 years in the development of mentoring programs. He spent over 14 years in the academic sector counseling, mentoring and developing Millennials at the secondary and postsecondary levels.
As Vice President of Business Operations at a Human Resource consulting firm, Steve focused on coaching and recruiting undergraduate students, as well as developing relationships with university career service departments. He currently serves as the Director of Student Engagement at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts where he trains and mentors student leaders, serves as a development representative on various university task forces and chief advisor to UNCSA’s student leadership and entrepreneurial initiatives.
With a masters degree in Strategic Leadership & Organizational Change Steve brings his unique gifts and abilities to MH Stern to thoroughly evaluate organizations and execute a strategic plan towards true identity and growth that include strategic planning, budget management, program facilitation and organizational development. He specializes in serving universities and non-profits through organizational development, building healthy teams, communication and leadership strategies, conflict mediation, and various Millennial-specific issues.
Mary first worked with Marcus as Student Activities Director at Southeastern University where she graduated with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations. She joined the MH Stern team in 2015 and brings eight years of marketing experience with nonprofit organizations and people-centered businesses.
Mary is passionate about helping organizations create a brand that reflects the good work they are doing in the world. By carefully harnessing the power of digital media, she delivers large-scale value to organizations with small-scale resources. She draws on her experiences in education, human trafficking survivor care, and church communications to share stories that connect with supporters.
She lives in Frisco, Texas, with her husband and their two young boys. They are members of Gateway church where Mary is a PINK mentor for younger women.
